La Guillotine is one of Brouwerij Huyghe's most popular export beers. Originally developed to commemorate the Bicentennial Anniversary of the French Revolution in 1989, the beer has grown in popularity ever since. This slightly malty brew has a bitter finish and is best enjoyed in the appropriate stemmed glassware.
